This isn't the first time fans have reacted this way. Earlier this month the two were spotted taking a stroll in Savannah, Georgia, wearing comfy clothes, ball caps and matching bands on their ring fingers that ignited some marriage buzz.
Neither of them has commented on this, but we know we would hate to miss seeing snaps of the secret ceremony!
