Kiki Morris is set to steal Ciarran Stott’s heart on Bachelor in Paradise, but she hasn’t always been the blonde bombshell she is today.

Kiki, 32, who starred on Richie Strahan’s season of The Bachelor in 2016, is a former Miss Australia who’s modelled for Zoo Weekly and M! magazine and has also made it into MAXIM Australia’s Hottest 100.

But when it comes to plastic surgery and beauty procedures, the blonde beauty keeps it real.

Speaking to OK! in 2016, Kiki revealed that she went up to a C-cup after a breast augmentation, adding that she opted not to “go over the top”.

“I used to get teased for being so flat-chested,” Kiki told the publication adding “[it] definitely made me feel less self-conscious”.

Kiki has also been open with her fans and followers about her use of Botox and has confessed to having muscle relaxant injections that lessens the appearance of the jawline.

“So it’s no secret I use muscle relaxants in my jaw for medical reasons – grinding teeth in my sleep!!” she wrote in a caption to an Instagram video.

“I’m a notorious jaw clencher in my sleep so much so I wake up with migraines and from that it’s contributed to my strong jawline,” she added, explaining that the procedure helped her “achieve a slimmer jaw while correcting my jaw clenching habits”.

Kiki also attributes her skin to SGA laser treatment that helps with her breakouts and keeps it looking healthy.

Kiki is also a regular at Sydney Beautylicious By Sophie and has undergone procedures including a non-surgical Brazilian butt lift valued at $180 plus, Radiofrequency (RF) cavitation – a non-surgical method of tightening loose or saggy skin.

In an Instagram post, the 32-year-old model and influencer confessed that her weekly treatments have helped her “feeling body confident post Covid iso.”

Though she has not confirmed it, it’s suspected that Kiki has also undergone lip fillers as her full pout is often on display in her photos.

In a chat with NWKiki revealed that her Bachelor experience left her feeling “fat and insecure” and found it “tough” to watch herself on the dating show.

“I gained a lot of weight as we just sat there in the house snacking and talking about emotional stuff!” the model admitted.

“It was a huge thing to watch myself back because I suffered from eating disorders and anorexia when I was young, which took me a long time to get over. So seeing myself brought back some of those thoughts.”

But since then, Kiki has switched her negative thoughts and transformed them into something more productive.

“I turned it into a positive energy and it fuelled me to get into shape, be healthier and start eating properly,” she said.

Kiki entered Paradise as an intruder and immediately caught Ciarran Stott’s eye (particularly as they hooked up in the past) – and it seems like the two may make it all the way to the finale.

Back in December last year shortly after filming for Paradise had wrapped, Kiki and Ciarran were spotted holding hands as they left Bachelorette star Jackson Garlick’s fancy dress party.

What’s more, Kiki shared a snap at a sushi restaurant with a tattooed arm in the frame that resembles that of Ciarran’s, simply captioning it: “Sunday sesh”.

Could these two find their happily ever after?
