Looking back at Bethenny Frankel during season 1 of The Real Housewives of New York to her current more narrow face shape and the fact that she’s barely aged at all, the star isn’t surprised that she’s fielding plenty of plastic surgery questions. But the 45-year-old SkinnyGirl entrepreneur claims that she hasn’t had any invasive work done — and she’s setting the record straight once and for all.
On Wednesday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, a caller asked Frankel if she’s had any plastic surgery done lately. And as she maintains that she hasn’t (she’s been open about past procedures, so we’re guessing she wouldn’t clam up now), she explains that her narrower jawline is due to TMJ — or TMG as she calls it — and the resulting Botox treatment for it.
“I didn’t,” she replies to the caller, explaining that injections are her only secret. “Well, I had my jaw injected with Botox because I have TMG, and if you look at pictures of me from probably like 7 years ago, it’s gradually gotten smaller to the point that I had to stop, and now it actually hurts again.”
And when Cohen chimes in, agreeing that it does indeed look smaller than it used to, Frankel explains: “It used to be that this was big,” she says, pointing to her jawline. “It’s sort of gotten different, my face completely changed.”

So what’s the non-invasive secret behind her lifted-looking eyes? False lashes.
“I looked at the reunion and my eyes … the little trick that actually Kristofer Buckle taught Mariana, my makeup artist, is when you put your eyelashes on, put the ends up a little bit and it makes your eyes look a little bit more out, so they don’t go down, but no, I have not [had plastic surgery done lately].”
