For years fans have speculated that all the Kardashian-Jenner sisters have had their fair share of cosmetic surgery. But rarely do they divulge the details of their chosen adjustments.
Khloe Kardashian, however, has made a frank confession on her Instagram.
In recent years Khloe transformed her body, slimming down and toning up as she embraced a fit new lifestyle and coined the phrase “revenge body”.
Her face, too, has undergone a degree of change.
Fans have watched Khloe transform before their very eyes on reality TV and Instagram, with many speculating that she’s had everything from a nose job, to botox, filler and so much more.
So what’s the truth? In June 2022 Khloe addressed the rumours in a rare Instagram story addressed to the surgeon who performed her rhinoplasty.
When he shared a snap for her birthday, the star reposted it with the caption: “Thank you for my perfect nose!”
She confirmed rumours she’d had a nose job in 2021 during the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion, confessing: “For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,’ but I’ve had one nose job’.
“And everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me.”
But is that really the only work she’s had done? Fans aren’t convinced, especially after a photo of her made headlines in April 2021.
A snap of Khloe dressed in a leopard print bikini was taken at a private family gathering and was accidentally leaked by an assistant without any retouching or photoshopping.
The family reportedly worked behind the scenes to erase the photo from the Internet as social media went into a meltdown over the unedited pic.
“The photo that was posted this week is beautiful,” Khloé wrote on Instagram at the time.
“But as someone who has struggled with body image her whole life, when someone takes a photo of you that isn’t flattering, in bad lighting, or doesn’t capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point – and then shares it to the world – you should have every right to ask for it to not be shared – regardless of who you are.”

But did the photo actually prove or disprove she’d had anything done to her body? Not really.
While fans have speculated that Khloé may have undergone everything from liposuction to a Brazillian Butt Lift (BBL), the star has only ever owned up to her nose job and a touch of botox.
Speaking on the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion, the reality star admitted that she was “so confident and secure before the show” but became insecure in her looks when everyone started calling her names.
She added that she’s tried Botox but “responded horribly” to it and found new confidence after her “revenge body” transformation.
Khloé’s face and body has changed so much since she came onto our screens in 2007, as proven by these before and after photos. But maybe that’s to be expected.
She was only 23-years-old when Keeping Up With The Kardashians first aired, and now she’s a 37-year-old mother. It’s completely normal for her look and body shape to change over such a pivotal decade in her life.

Has Khloé Kardashian had liposuction?
The naturally curvy Kardashian sister has publicly confessed to struggling with her body type on-and-off, falling victim to fat shaming by trolls and even a few mean comments from her mother, Kris Jenner.
She eventually underwent a major weight loss transformation (fuelled by her heartache after her marriage to husband Lamar Odom ended) and even hosted her show Revenge Body, where she helped others go through similar makeovers.
According to Khloé, she worked damn hard for her current body and continues to adore her body even after welcoming daughter, True Thompson.
For context, this is her just three months after True was born!
But some fans have speculated Khloé had surgical help in the form of liposuction, and this isn’t the first time lipo rumours have surrounded her.
In June 2015, she addressed allegations by tweeting, “I find it disgusting but maybe a compliment that I’m being accused of getting Lipo done. I work out 5 days a week. I bust my ass!”
Since ditching her old food and exercise habits, the star has regularly shared body updates and posts plenty of snaps from the gym.
In November 2015, she shared an Instagram pic of herself in the gym, saying “I have not worked out since the beginning of October due to a slew of reasons.
“It’s crazy, how just in that short amount of time how your body can change. I NEED the gym in my life!!! Lol My mind and body don’t respond well without the gym!!”
These days she’s looking more toned than ever and regularly shows off her physique on Instagram, often baring her abs in bikinis.
But some fans still aren’t convinced it’s au naturel, claiming the shape of Khloé’s belly button looks similar to that of patients who have undergone liposuction on their stomachs.
It seems the surgery rumours won’t be ending any time soon.
Is Khloé Kardashian’s butt real?
Despite slimming down and showing off a tiny waist, Khloé still has her signature curvy bum and totally denies having butt implants.
“Sorry 2disappoint…. I’ve always had an ass. I know its more fun 2believe its not real, kind of a compliment since I kill myself in the gym,” she claimed once.
Want to know her secret? Apparently, one of the exercises she uses to keep her booty so round is to hold a squat on an unstable surface.
Khloé uses a bosu ball, but her trainer Gunnar Peterson says you can use something as simple as a folded towel under each foot, or stand on a pillow.
In January 2021, Khloé also shared an up-close photo of her derriere with stretch marks on it, captioning the snap: “I love my stripes.”
Does Khloé Kardashian have breast implants?
According to Khloé herself, a boob job is not completely out of the question.
She brought up the topic of breast enhancement while channelling Diana Ross in a costume that featured big hair and a sparkly dress that showed off her eye-catching cleavage.
“You guys, bras like this make me want to get my boobs done because this cleavage – it’s iconic,” she said in an Instagram video.
“But when I take the bra off. Sorry guys, there’s really nothing there after the baby. But we can fake it till we make it, honey.”
Has Khloé Kardashian had lip fillers?
Khloé’s lips have been looking a lot more plump in recent years, sparking a slew of speculation that she’s had lip fillers.
But according to an insider source, she’s still scarred from the one and only time she tried fillers back in 2015.
“She swears she hasn’t done any fillers at all, she says she’s still scared since the last time she did fillers (in her face) she hated them so much,” the insider told Hollywood Life.
“Khloé has nothing against lip fillers, they just aren’t for her. She tried them in the past and hated them and has always said she won’t go there again.”
The insider also claimed the reality TV star has “no insecurities about her lips” and considers them one of her best assets, even (reportedly) saying she has the “sexiest lips in the family and always has”.
Khloé shared the details of her bad lip filler experience during an episode of her TV show Kocktails With Khloé.
“It did not work for me. I looked crazy…my face was so f–ked I had to go and get this whole thing dissolved,” she admitted to Botched plastic surgeon Dr Terry Dubrow.
“It was a bummer and now I’m afraid to do it again. And I’m almost like, I swear things are still in my face.”
Like her sister Kylie Jenner, Khloé credits over-lining her lips for their full appearance, as well as clear lip-plumping glosses.
Has Khloé Kardashian had a nose job?
People have questioned every detail about Khloé’s appearance of late, so it was only a matter of time until her nose became the centre of attention.
After sharing the below Instagram photo in July 2018, someone commented: “Did she get her nose done or just really fleeky contouring.”
Khloé replied: “One day I think I’ll get one because I think about it every day. But I’m scared so for now it’s all about contour.”
Fans again suspected Khloé had had a nose job after she won reality star of 2020 at the People’s Choice Awards and thanked fans with a selfie acceptance speech.
However, others reckon she’d used a face-morphing filter to the videos instead.
Khloé later confirmed in 2021 that she’d had her nose done, though she didn’t specify when she underwent the surgery.
“For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,’ but I’ve had one nose job’. And everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me,” she said.
