The 45-year-old supermodel incorporates a range of high-end products from Kora Organics, 100% Pure, Mukti Organics and Vanessa Megan into her nighttime beauty regimen.
“Night time is when I really love indulging in a bit of self care and pampering,” the mother-of-two told her 454,000 Instagram followers on Sunday evening.
“In this video I walk you through my night time skincare routine step by step, complete with all the information on every product I use, how I use them and why I love them.”
The first step in Megan’s beauty regime is to remove the day’s makeup by “superficial cleansing”.
She then applied an $84 Deep Cleanse Antioxidant Masque by Mukti for between five to 10 minutes.
“When I’ve had makeup on, I like to do a more deeper penetrative cleanse. As everyone knows, we don’t just have one layer on the skin, we have several,” Megan said.
“I love this, it smells divine. It has a exfoliant element to it and papaya enzymes which is great for gently exfoliating the skin.”
After gently washing off her face masque, Megan applied the Vanessa Megan Rose Hydrosol Pore Refining toner which retails for $39.
“I love it. I love rose water, I always have,” she said.
“This is made with organic Bulgarian roses. It’s so gorgeous and smells divine. And rose water is said to have antibacterial properties and helps to assist with regulating the skin’s natural PH levels.”
The David Jones ambassador then applied a lavish serum by the brand 100% Pure.
“I’ve been wearing this for a couple of months now of an evening. This is the multi- vitamin and antioxidants potent PM serum,” she said.
“This has 10 per cent pure vitamin C in it which is quite a high dose.”
Megan said the serum also contains vitamin B and E and one per cent retinol, which are “extremely anti-ageing”.
As an alternative, Megan also recommended the Age Defiance Serum by Mukti Organics, which retails for $114.
“That one also is jam packed full of vitamin C. It’s a beautiful, beautiful serum,” she said.
The Aussie model and entrepreneur admitted she has “around 15” face oils, but said she can’t go past the $66 Mukti Organics Omega 3,6 and 9 Antioxidant Facial Oil.
“It’s got all those gorgeous fatty acids that the skin really loves. It’s also packed with 15 cold pressed nut and seed oils,” she said.
The oils include jojoba, evening primrose, carrot seed oil, vitamin E, rosehip oil and pomegranate.
“It is so nourishing. I’ve tried most that are on the market and this one’s a cracker, especially before bed time,” she said.
The last step in Megan’s nighttime routine is to apply the Kora Organics Tumeric Glow Moisturiser, which retails for $78.
“This isn’t exactly a night cream per se but I use it as one because it works fabulously as one,” Megan said.
Megan said the noni fruit ingredient is a “nourishing and conditioning blend” for before bed.
“You really don’t need much. It goes a long way which I love,” she said.
