The grounds are impressive, too, featuring an array of magnificent gardens, including a world-class kitchen garden that provides much of the produce for Otahuna Lodge’s renowned gourmet kitchen. The five-course degustation menu changes every night and is served in the opulence of a dining room that evokes Victorian elegance. The menu excels in elevating the excellent fresh produce, and pairing it with the finest in local wines of the region.
