"It still doesn’t seem real," she continued. "It still feels like Jaimi will come home. She always did."
"I miss my baby girl... it’s so quiet without her," Lisa penned, alongside a photo of Jaimi in a chic black dress.
"Each day seems a bit of a blurr but I get through it ... feeling empty.. it’s hard to even think.. my mind consumed as to what else I could have done to help... My beautiful Jaimi," she added followed by the hashtag, #mondaymorningmemories.
Lisa's followers showed their support in the comments and urged the grieving mum to not blame herself.
"So heartbreaking for you, there are no right or wrong answers in this life be kind to your self, Jaimi will always be with you," one wrote.
"Thinking of you Lisa, no other love like a mother’s love, there was nothing else to be done, you done everything you could of done, leave it and move forwards XoX," penned another.
Though the family have not spoken publicly about Jaimi's cause of death, Lisa revealed at the time that her daughter "lost her battle with a long-term illness" and thanked the health professionals who helped with Jaimi's treatment.
“We thank all the paramedics, support staff and the incredible team at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital for their tireless commitment to give us the extra time we were able to spend with Jaimi,” Lisa wrote on Instagram.
The Sunshine Coast University Hospital is close to the End ED clinic where Jaimi underwent treatment for an eating disorder for several years.
Jaimi Kenny, whom Lisa shares with her ex Grant Kenny, passed away in September, and Lisa explained that her eldest daughter was diagnosed with a "chemical imbalance" when she was 15 and she and the family “started to see some tiny red flags.”
Posting in the Happy Hormones Facebook page, Lisa explained that red flags could be making bad food choices, being inactive, handling stressful situations poorly and spending time with “toxic people".
“Over time, all these little things, and others, add up to slowly erode your whole being... to the point where you may only be existing and not really living,” she wrote.
“Don't wait until it's too late to make changes… do it now while you can… starting right now. Recognise the little red flags. Don’t live your life in turmoil, regret or guilt.”
Though the family have been rocked by tragedy, Lisa recently became a grandmother for the second time.
Morgan Gruell, Lisa and Grant's second child, welcomed a baby boy named Taj Grant on the 5th of November.
