However Seb also addressed an alleged underlying MAFS feud when he was asked for his thoughts on former co-star Mishel’s recent comments about him and Lizzie.
"Yes, this is the ninth wonder of the world wondering why Mishel is continuously provoking us and casting negativity and spiteful comments because we’ve done nothing to her," Seb responded.
Mishel, who labelled Lizzie as "fake" in an Instagram video while the show was airing, seemingly addressed the drama with her own Instagram post addressing her behaviour on a recent Instagram Q&A.
"When I ask a question, I expect an honest answer... I will show you the same respect, honesty my Q&A responses were not a dig at anyone, or me trying to be mean. NO. I answer each question with TRUTH how I saw/see/experienced/analysed & interpreted my truth... (I use my years of life experience & the skills I learn through my vocation to fine tune these observations)," she explained.
"You don’t have to ever believe a single word I say, it is my truth not yours or what you want to believe. Although I acknowledge that it could be taken I was trying to be hurtful & spiteful, it was not my intention! Someone sharing personal messages & saying S*** to ‘prove’ I am rude, mean, unkind NO that is spiteful & an attempt at being hurtful & unkind. I am KIND but never confuse my kindness for naivety or tolerance."
Lizzie and Seb's bond has strengthened so much that they've even exchanged rings - but not in the way you may think.
The returning MAFS bride shared a photo of her and Seb's hands and whilst she is sporting a silver ring on her thumb engraved with Seb's name, he has the same ring with Lizzie's name on his.
"He said to me ‘Is it S & L ?‘ I said ‘Yeah, baby’ @seb.guilhaus Corny but I love it," she captioned the photo.
Fans quickly took to the comments section and it didn't take long for some to ask if a wedding was on the cards.
"Can he put it on your left finger already 🙄 haha your story is actually the best thing ever to come out of MAFS," one fan koked,
"Best couple hope u marry too," penned another.
Seb fuelled engagement rumours with a recent Instagram post calling his MAFS bride and girlfriend The One.
"I used to believe in 'the one' .... a person would magically appear and we would effortlessly slip straight into bliss, read each other's minds, like the same things, tell the same jokes..... and that any relationship other than this was simply not to be," he cryptically posted on Instagram.
"'The one' could be all around you ... right in front of you ... waiting for the effort to be put in ... for the trust to be built ... like anything in life you only get out what you put in ... well I believe we have put in and more and more each day we are being rewarded."
