Locky also documented their Taco Tuesday date night in and revealed that he and Irena had a cook-off to see if Locky could tell the difference between fake and real meat.
The 2020 Bachelor even showed his followers a clip of his blind taste test, his Survivor bandanna acting as a blindfold as he tasted the vegan and real chicken.
"Are they the same?" a confused Locky asks Irena, who is filming.
Irena can then be heard asking: "You think I've tricked you?" to which Locky replies "Maybe."
As a vegan, Locky has already tasted plenty of his girlfriend's plant-based dishes especially when they were in hotel quarantine together.
The reality TV star even admitted that he couldn't tell the difference between Irena's coeliac and vegan-friendly pasta bolognese and the traditional meat dish.
“I have never eaten too many veggies and fruits in my life, but I am liking it so far. Every meal is full of flavour,” he said during their stint in hotel quarantine.
“Couldn’t even taste anything different from the vegan bolognese. Got myself a bloody good cook.”
Fans thought Locky and Irena had reached a rough patch in their relationship when Irena admitted on Instagram that she'd been "under a lot of stress" and had "a lot happen" in her life that took its toll on her health and skin.
However, the couple cleared things up in a chat with Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O when Irena revealed the real reason she was so stressed was because her dad, who lives in her hometown of Melbourne, had a health scare and was hospitalised.
“There was a while where we didn't know if he was going to make it or not. I'm so far away from them, and I was feeling helpless in hotel quarantine,” the Bachelor winner admitted, before revealing that her dad's health has significantly improved and that she and Locky are “better than ever.”
“Locky is the main reason why I got through my dad being unwell. Those few days when we weren't sure if he was going to make it, it was Locky that kept me calm,” she admitted.
