Australian actress and mother, Melanie Vallejo, has been announced as the newest local face for L’Oréal Paris Elvive. The former Winners & Losers star will represent the multinational haircare brand’s latest collection Extraordinary Oil, which combines expert, tailor-made care with specific formulas and powerful actives to visibly transform dry and damaged hair.
On the new partnership, Senior Brand Manager Emma Graham from L’Oréal said, "Melanie perfectly embodies the L’Oréal Paris brand ethos. After giving birth to her first child in December 2016, Vallejo has been based in Auckland, New Zealand, spending time with her husband, Matthew Kingston and his family.
"Being a mother is the most important role I’ve ever played," she reveals.
"Sonny is up at six and runs around all day – he has so much energy. I love to spend as much time with him as possible, which means I don’t have the luxury to go to the hairdresser for hours.
