Following their reality TV adventure, the couple seemed to go from strength to strength and even moved in together in Melbourne.
However when the Victorian capital was plunged into lockdown again and again it took a toll.
Despite what seemed to be a rock-solid romance, Anna and Josh called it quits after a year in November 2020.

“It is with great sadness that Josh and I are going our separate ways,” Anna posted on Instagram at the time.
“I know that so many of you are invested in our relationship but please know we did everything we could to make it work.
“It’s extremely difficult to break up with someone who you still love but it is the right thing to do. Please respect our privacy and thank you for the ongoing love and support.”
Josh shared his own Instagram Story about the break up, writing: “We have had an amazing journey but unfortunately sometimes relationships don’t work out and two people simply grow apart.”
“I am incredibly grateful for the time we have shared.”
These days, Josh appears to be living his best single life and is back in his hometown of Sydney.
Meanwhile his twin and Love Island/Block co-star Luke is engaged and shared his happy news in October 2020.
"Took this girl diving today and popped the question at the bottom of the ocean! Was a moment I will remember forever. #engaged #wifetobe," Luke sweetly captioned a photo of himself and his fiancée sharing a kiss, the engagement ring on show.
Anna also appears to be single but set tongues wagging when she shared a series of Instagram posts featuring her former Love Island co-star, Matthew, who previously dated The Bachelor's Keira Maguire.
However, it turned out that the pair were teaming up not romantically, but as friends for their new dating and relationships podcast venture, Where's Your Head At.
In the first episode, Anna revealed that she and Josh "cut communication" after their split.
