'Obviously I was pretty devastated, and it's probably one of the worst things I've ever been through in my life.
'Nothing bad happened, it wasn't like... We just had a little argument one night and the next day she woke up and said, "Yeah, I don't want to do it anymore".'
Despite admitting he was deeply affected at the time, Drew went on to say that he's ‘all good’ now.
'We're actually good friends again now. I was off relationships for quite a while after that last one, as you can imagine,' he continued.
Drew was matched with LA-based dancer, KC during his time on this season’s show.
However, earlier this week it emerged that their romance fell apart long before the final Married At First Sight vows, with the pair arriving separately for the cast reunion— a red hot move which is rarely approved by the show's strict producers.
In photos obtained by Daily Mail Australia, the distressed burlesque dancer— who's been called high maintenance and 'materialistic' by her partner more than once— can be seen solemnly looking out the window as the car pulls up, with rumours swirling she threw a tantrum just moments before seeing her husband again— a tell-tale sign their split was painfully messy!
In another shot, the 31-year-old is shown watching Drew walk into the building, leading her to bury her head in her hands. Meanwhile, he seems pretty relaxed and calm, appearing unbothered to be seeing his ex-wife so soon after calling it quits.
