Expectedly, Josh copped a serious amount of backlash for the way his family treated her. However, the truck driver has since revealed that it wasn't as bad as it looked. Instead, he claims and blames the show's producers for piecing a series of scenes together in an attempt to make Cathy look like the victim.
"What a terrible edit, f**k it I'm calling mum," Josh said in an expletive-laden Facebook post which was most likely meant for only his friends to see.
"F**k me dead on a Devon sandwich left out the entitled lunch and I had the old hugs and kisses back. MAFS f***ed me in the backside."
Admitting he deeply regrets signing on to star in the controversial dating experiment, Josh continued: "Should've went on Survivor. I'll never do a TV show again."
Despite having high hopes for the once-happy couple, in the last week we've seen their relationship take a turn for the worse. And although the gorgeous blonde is desperate to work on their connection, Josh continues to question whether he sees a future with her.
Perhaps that's why she's convinced he cheated on her? Yep, you read that correctly!
On March 5, after WHO Online shared the news that her co-star Michael Goonan had allegedly hooked up with this year's intruder, KC Osborne, one fan wrote on our Instagram post: "There isn't a man alive that doesn't cheat. I am convinced."
While the successful businessman's TV bride, Stacey Hampton, only liked the comment, Cathy decided to respond with a message that left fans seriously worried.
"I hear ya sis," she wrote.
Now, if that doesn't scream "Josh did the dirty on me" then I don't know what does!
