It’s been a tumultuous week on Married at First Sight, especially for once golden couple Michael Goonan and Stacey Hampton.
No longer sharing an apartment with Stacey, Michael stands by his story of memory loss the night of his alleged party pash with Hayley Vernon.

“I was obviously extremely intoxicated the night that these allegations are coming out,” said Michael.
“I do not trust Hayley but at the end of the day, I have to take ownership of my actions. I have always been a lad’s lad, I’ve always sort of joked at emotions, and joked at feelings and shied them off.”

“I’ve left everything to be on this experiment, I’ve left my children, I’ve trusted him with everything. I have like, opened my heart up for this guy and he has thrown it in my face,” she said, before getting to the heart of the matter.
