Michael and Stacey previously sent fans wild after Michael shared a photo that featured his MAFS wife in September at Queensland's Burleigh Pavillion.
"Soo good to have caught up with everyone in this pic- been far too long- what a weekend #team," Michael captioned the snap that included two other friends along with Stacey.
"Well, I'm confused! I just watched the final vows, you stayed together. Now I see pics of you with KC? Now Stacey. Michael, you devil! Come on, what's going on?!" one confused fan commented.
Even Michael and Stacey's former MAFS co-star Ivan Sarakula made a cheeky comment, writing: "Omg 🔥 girl you guys are so hot like omg babes. I knew you guys would get back together. #flames #glamours #couplegoals 🔥🔥💦💦💦 #instalife 🦄 #sthaap"
Despite Michael being attracted to Stacey at their first meeting, their honeymoon was a disaster and Michael went on to allegedly cheat with co-star Hayley Vernon.
However, both Michael and Stacey have denied any romance rumours.
“He had a fun time. He was hooking up with multiple girls,” Stacey told The Kyle And Jackie O Show shortly after they were spotted at Burleigh Heads, adding that she acted as Michael’s “wing-woman” during the outing.
“We’re just good friends,” Michael reiterated. “She’s not that stupid [to get back with me.]”
Michael dated his MAFS co-star KC Osborne shortly after the show wrapped and KC explained to Who the reason behind their eventual break up.
"He sold me that dream of, ‘I would stop my playboy ways to have a girl like you, you’re such a good girl’. You have to remember too, I had felt really rejected and here I was with this guy telling me everything I’d ever dreamed of hearing," KC revealed in July.
"I got along with him and I cared about him but I had that voice in my head going: ‘No no no KC this is a danger zone, you shouldn’t go there, you know what he’s like, he’s a party boy, he’ll probably break your heart.’ But when you have someone telling you: ‘You’re amazing, I give you my word, if I had a girl like you I’d change my ways, I want to move forward and have a family,’ it was so full-on and I’d never had a guy say that to me before. I got sold the dream and I fell for it."
