Tracey looked stunning in an off-shoulder dress, which featured delicate detailing with a sweetheart neckline.
She held a big bunch of flowers, perfectly aligned with the outdoor reception they held for guests.
Immediately, Tracey's fans flocked to the image to share their excitement for the surprise.

Tracey is due to give birth very soon, with the new bride announcing her pregnancy in true form on Instagram.
"We're having a baby! We are so happy to share our beautiful news with everyone," the 38-year-old wrote alongside a photo of herself and Nate, plus an ultrasound snap.
"I have always believed in second chances and my second baby I've been waiting so long for..." she added.
The reality star also has another daughter Grace, aged 9, with her ex-husband Jacob Anthonisz.
Looks like this family have plenty of things to celebrate in 2021!
