The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress, who turns 31 on July 2, recently put her four-bedroom home in the trendy suburb up for sale for $4.46 million – with the hope of making a profit on the $3.9 million she and husband Tom Ackerley, 31, paid for it back in 2017.
