Last night the Gold Coast native hopped straight off a plane from the Screen Actors Guild Awards to attend the Sydney premiere of I, Tonya, telling WHO "I'm running off adrenaline, I'm so excited."
Fans of the 27-year-old will remember her start as Donna Freedman in the long-running Australian soap Neighbours. When asked about reprising her role on the show, Robbie is definitely up for it.
"Yeah, I think I would, totally," she told WHO. "We could get the whole gang back together, I'd be in."
Not only has her on-screen career skyrocketed, acting alongside Hollywood legends including Leonardo DiCaprio and Will Smith, but she has also started producing films.
"It was an amazing experience, " I, Tonya director Craig Gillespie and fellow Australian said of working with Robbie.
"To start with, she was a producer on this. We sat down and she hired me which I was obviously thrilled with. We had a long conversation before that happened and we really saw eye-to-eye on the kind of movie we wanted to make, the tone of the film, the humour in the film, and I think in some odd we had that similar Australian sensibility."
