Speaking to the Sydney Morning Herald in 2019, Margot gushed about the effortlessly chic fashion of the French.
"I definitely appreciate the ease that comes with really knowing your style. When you look good in something, you know it – there's instant confidence. I don't really pay attention to specific trends, I'm more interested in what I feel best in," she told the publication.
"Personally, I love beautiful things but I'm also pragmatic: I look for freedom of movement. I love a silk suit, flats and the mix of masculine and feminine style. That makes me feel powerful and feminine, comfortable but confident. I think nothing's more alluring than confidence."
Aside from being a style icon, Margot is also a fierce advocate for women in the film industry, especially when it comes to action movies.
'“From a business or statistical standpoint, those are the high-paying jobs,” Margot told British Vogue.
"So I really want to advocate for women writing big blockbuster action films. And then also, the perception that women aren’t interested in action is ridiculous. Plus, they’re really, really fun.”

Actress and producer Margot is undoubtedly a hard worker in Hollywood but she took some time to relax with friends for her recent 31st birthday.
In July, the Aussie born star celebrated her special day with a Love Island themed birthday - a reality show she's fascinated with.
“If I went to university, I’d write a thesis about the male ego on Love Island,” she half-joked to British Vogue.
“I’m really interested in the whole alpha male dynamic, and I’m going to sound like an absolute lunatic right now, but it’s like Deliverance, that pack mentality. And you can see it whether you’re watching a pack of lions or Love Island or a Scorsese gangster film.”
