Tayla, who was in an ill-fated onscreen relationship with Hugo, further explained that situation. Revealing that she was drinking with girlfriends when an intoxicated Cam video-called her from a nightclub, Tayla told Kyle and Jackie O that she didn't believe he was serious before daring him to show them.
"So did you ever hook up?" the hosts asked. "No...we're just really good friends," she coyly responded.
And whilst fans thought the dust may have settled, it seems like the drama is only beginning.
During the dramatic reunion dinner party, Cam and Tayla faced the music.
Following rumours of the affair, Cam quickly shut down any gossip, defensively explaining that the pair were "just mates" and that it was none of anyone's business.
But for Lyndall, the facts weren't adding up, as she explained her relationship in the season changed overnight once Tayla joined the series.
Now, questioning if any of her relationship was real, she used the dinner party to find out what the truth was. And although Cam kept dismissing anyone's questions, Tayla did admit the facetime call in the club was real.
As Tayla found the funny side to the situation and admitted the pair facetime every day, the group slammed her for being insensitive.
"To be fair, I don't find it funny, I'm glad you do," explained Lyndall, before sharing with the group that Cam had made jokes during their relationship about inviting Tayla for a threesome.
"I don't see what the f*****g issue is," Cam defensively explained. "What happens after the final vows shouldn't concern anyone."
"I was never in a relationship, I was in an experiment...If you want a fairytale ending visit Disneyland."
The final episode of season ten, saw the experts grill Cameron. From the get-go, he was dismissive, explaining that the experiment "pressured" him to show affection.
When asked about the relationship between himself and Tayla, Cam continued to deflect. Explaining that "there's nothing going on there," he added that they were just "mates."
But Tayla had a different answer. When asked how she would describe her relationship with Cam, she explained; "I really like Cam as a friend, we get along really, really well... there's not much to it, he's up in Darwin. I'm down in Tassie."
"It hasn’t been explored *yet*," she continued before clarifying that "it's not going to be explored."
During the final vows, Lyndall dumped Cam in spectacular fashion. Blindsiding him with the honest truth before telling him she didn't want to listen to his prepared speech.
"I constantly had to beg for a shred of affection, your time, affection, your support," listed Lyndall.
"I drove myself insane trying to work out how to be the partner you wanted...I worked out I could never be the partner you wanted because you simply do not want one."
"This entire relationship has been on your terms and your terms alone," she continued. "So to put it plainly. Stay in your lane and I'll stay in mine."
