Jessika has said the footage is a "joke" and it was simply a laugh between friends.
The footage was posted on Snapchat, before being deleted.
But it was too late - the video was shared in MAFS Facebook groups.
The footage depicts her behind the wheel, slurring and appearing distracted, on an apparent run to a local store – her BWS! It is unknown when the video was filmed.
"Uncle Riley is right next door to us... and if he knew that we were going to drink and drive and get cigarettes - we'd be in that much trouble," Jessika says in the video.
"Ah s--t! I'm the middle of the road."
Police have not commented on the video.
This is not the first time Jess has been in a Snapchat scandal.

A couple of weeks ago, the 27-year-old shared a photo of herself to Snapchat, which revealed the MAFs star posing in a snug blue dress with a obvious 'bump'.
Jessika quickly deleted the image, but her fans were quicker by screenshotting the evidence before it was gone.
A close source to Jessika reveals toDaily Mail Australiathat, "I think she meant to send it to someone privately but accidentally added it to her [Snapchat] Story, which all of her contacts could see."
