'I definitely feel selfish trying to keep Mick for an extra week in the experiment,' said Jess during her home stay episode in Perth.
'I'm not the type of girl to have two guys going at one time. But I need to stay in this experiment in order to get to know Dan.'
Viewers were then shown scenes of Jess taking Mick on a night out in Perth and showering him with compliments in a desperate bid to win him over.
'You're infectious, you're an infectious person. You walk into a room and everybody knows you're then because you're so high energy and great,' she gushed.
'I hold you in the highest regard. I think that you are a notch above the rest. Just know that you're great and I would love to have you in my life still.
'I guess it takes almost losing somebody to realise what you had. Give it a chance, please, for us.'
A clearly confused Mick told the cameras: 'Jess has brought us out to some place in Perth, and it's really strange actually getting all of these compliments from Jess.
'I don't know what's going on. There's a bit of bloody touch and feel going on.'
Last week Jessika and Dan - who is 'married to Tamara - indulged in a passionate kiss at a group dinner party and came up with a sly plot to stay with their current partners so they could stay in the experiment together and carry on their secret affair.
