After a MAFS viewer commented "we now know they break up for good", Mandy responded: "She was a paid actress hunny, employed by producers."
As we saw on last night's episode, the makeup artist turned YouTuber was left broken-hearted when Josh broke his promise and allowed his family to grill Cathy, despite telling her on multiple occasions that he'd have her back.
"My main issue is that if Josh has any issues, that he’ll raise them in a public space," she said in a piece to camera, with Josh later reassuring her "you've got nothing to worry about".
Sadly, he was wrong and Cathy had zero support as her husband let his mother do what she does best— question her intentions.
"I have never felt so alone in this experiment. This is bad. Thrown under the bus again. Straight away," she said through tears after the lunch turned into a roasting session.
Of course, he copped a lot of flack from angry viewers who accused him of enabling them, however Josh maintains that we didn't Nine didn't air what really happened.
"What a terrible edit, f**k it I'm calling mum," Josh wrote on Facebook. "F**k me dead on a Devon sandwich left out the entitled lunch and I had the old hugs and kisses back. MAFS f***ed me in the backside."
Admitting he deeply regretted signing on to star in the controversial dating experiment, Josh continued: "Should've went on Survivor. I'll never do a TV show again."
Despite having high hopes for the once-happy couple, in the last week we've seen their relationship take a turn for the worse. And although the gorgeous blonde is desperate to work on their connection, Josh continues to question whether he sees a future with her.
