In the promo video, Martha told fans that she wants to "tweak" and "clean up" her diet for summer and cooked a tofu and vegetable stir fry.
It's unusual to see Martha makeup free, as a makeup artist she is usually perfectly made up in her Instagram posts.

Martha recently told fans in another Instagram post how she's still trying t find "balance" in her life.
"Some days I drink beer bongs and eat pizza, some days I drink celery juice and go for runs... I’m just beginning to figure out what balance is at 31. Luv that for me!" she wrote.
