The post was met with love from her co-stars, with MAFS bride Natasha Spencer commenting: You kill me," to which Stacey replied, "Addressing what we all thinking."
Natasha— who used to date Sophie Monk's Bachelorette boyfriend, Stu Laundy— continued to sing her praises, adding, "@staceylhampton I think your face looks damn good."
Stacey responded again, saying, "@tashki_ as does yours but Susan is sad."
Stacey— who tragically lost her brother the day she was due to give birth— has discussed what procedures she's endured on multiple occasions, candidly admitting before the show aired that she had a nose job when she was 22 after being relentlessly teased. She also had DD breast implants put in after the birth of her two children, along with a tummy tuck. Of course, like most reality TV stars, she also regularly gets botox and lip injections.
The soon-to-be lawyer also revealed on Monday that she has been battling an insidious eating disorder for the better part of her life. Opening up about her decade long fight with anorexia, Stacey said she developed the disorder during high school as a way to cope with being constantly teased and ridiculed for her slender figure.
And while her weight "still goes up and down" and has varied throughout the years, she sadly revealed she's finding it difficult to cope with the constant skinny shaming and backlash she's received since making her reality TV debut.
"I have always had issues with eating and I have always been very skinny," the blonde bombshell told Hit 107's Bec and Cosi. "A lot of people say I don't eat and I'm too skinny and that's the same as calling someone fat. It's so rude."
"I am on medication to help me eat and get my appetite back. It's due to stress and trauma I've been through," said Stacey who revealed during her honeymoon that her brother passed away on the same day she was due to give birth to her first child.
"I am in the process of gaining weight back because I'm on the scale of anorexic at the moment."
