Fashion-forward in every sense, Martha's engagement ring was always going to be unique and special in its own way. Though, she may not have expected Michael to drop so much cash on the dreamy ring.
Speaking on KIIS FM's Will & Woody this week, Martha admitted the engagement ring was "close, but just a bit under" $110,000.
The Married At First Sight star admits she looked through Michael's bag to find the receipt and revealed she "actually felt sick" when she found out how much the ring had cost.
Martha was certainly surprised by the proposal, with Michael previously revealing she had no idea he was looking at engagement rings.
In her interview with KIIS, the star also shared the sweet story of how he did it.
Martha revealed he popped the question on a trip to Bundeena, where Michael made his fiancée believe she was meeting up with friends for a "Met Gala themed party".
But the ever-glamourous Martha admitted "the timing was bad" because she didn't have her usual beauty kit on had to really embrace the glam theme.
"It was the day after Michael and I moved into our apartment. I had no shampoo, I had no makeup, everything was in boxes," she told the radio hosts.
When Martha arrived at the rented holiday house and saw Michael "shaking like a leaf" she figured out there was no party. And panicked about her look.
"I just started saying 'No, please don't do it! Don't do it! I look disgusting! Please, don't do it! Please just stop, not now, this is not the outfit'," she told the hosts of her instant reaction.
"And then we just did it anyway. It was really cute… It was also so well planned and thought out."

Previously speaking with WHO about proposal plans, Michael confirmed fans would be "the last to know" when the time came.
"We get asked that question every single day on social media and I tell people 'you guys will be the last to find out, but you will find out'," he said earlier this year.
"I get why people are so invested. They’ve seen the moment we first laid eyes one one another and they’ve followed our relationship, for everyone, a real marriage is naturally the next step. It’s there, I get it, I’m very well aware of it."
Meanwhile, Martha said she was hoping the proposal would be lowkey.
"I think it will be something really casual. I’m hoping it will be something really casual!" Martha told WHO. "You can just kind of have the ring in the bottom drawer and be like 'babe there’s your ring, just grab it, what do you reckon?'"
Now that Michael's pulled off the perfect proposal, they can focus on planning their future.
"I’d love a beautiful home in the city and a place in the country, we’ll do both," Martha told WHO of their future plans. "We’ll have a little holiday house amidst the rolling hills, somewhere really chill and quaint and hopefully we’re running our own businesses and we have a kid, or two.
"I’ve got a walk in wardrobe, separate bathrooms…I could go on and on. I think a cute little family would be a really good place to start. Not for a little while yet, we’ve got a lot more to do."
