Since it was uploaded on Sunday night, the post has garnered more than 40,000 likes and Martha's followers couldn't help but share their thoughts in the comments.
"This is Amazing, you’re so creative babe.. I love it," Bachelor in Paradise star Keira Maguire wrote.
"What the world needed right now," sexologist Chantelle Otten penned.
"It’s Sunday night and I was not ready for this," another fan remarked.
One follower even joked: "Martha you can’t do this to those of us who have just ate our body weight in food man," to which the makeup artist and MAFS bride replied "I just ate half a kilo of butter rice."
Martha previously hit back at body shamers and social media trolls in an unfiltered and unedited near-naked post she shared in June.
The former MAFS contestant revealed that she'd been called "chubby" by someone on Instagram and that the comment "turned into two weeks of stress, self-hatred and unhappiness."
"My message to you, and the purpose of this post, is that if you’re feeling bad about the snacks you’ve eaten, the workouts you haven’t done and the number on the scale... self loathing won’t fix s***, trust me!" she wrote alongside her post.
"I’m not looking for sympathy or reassurance in the comments (I hate those type of posts!). I want you to know that putting on weight is not the end of the world, and if you have ppl in your life or on social media that have something to say about your weight they best have a set of abs or they can f*** right off!"
In a chat with New Idea in June, Martha admitted that she and Michael have had their "ups and downs" while living together in lockdown at their Sydney home.
"The beginning was fun – we were like ‘Ok this is something different’. Then we reached a stage where we were bored, then we were frustrated, then we went back and were like ‘It’s alright, we don’t mind it, things are getting better,’ and then bored and frustrated. It’s just been up and down," she confessed.
"He’s way more annoying than I first thought he was," she jokingly added.
