Back in August, Martha stunned fans with her most full-frontal photo to date where she posed in a bath with just her hand and crossed legs covering her up.
"Bath water as pure as my soul... flown in from Tasmania!" she captioned the snap, that was taken by her MAFS partner, Michael Brunelli.
Despite receiving negative comments for daring to bare all, Martha was inundated with praise from her followers too.
"This is Amazing, you’re so creative babe.. I love it," Bachelor in Paradise star Keira Maguire wrote.
"What the world needed right now," sexologist Chantelle Otten penned.
"It’s Sunday night and I was not ready for this," another fan remarked.
Both Martha and Michael have previously hit back at online trolls who have commented on their social media posts.
When Martha uploaded a sultry selfie of herself and Michael from their bed, Michael personally replied to the numerous trolls criticising them for sharing a naked photo.
“Seriously!!!! You guys are next level. If a woman was to post a picture of herself breastfeeding it would be taken down immediately but you’re allowed to post pictures like this,” one follower commented to which Michael simply replied with: “Take it up with Instagram” followed by a shrug emoji.
Another follower commented “Have you no shame?”, but the former MAFS groom Michael clapped back: “Zero shame and zero f***s.”
In an Instagram post uploaded in June, Martha hit back at body shamers by posting a photo of herself topless sitting on a bed.
The former MAFS bride revealed that she'd been called "chubby" by someone on Instagram and that the comment "turned into two weeks of stress, self-hatred and unhappiness."
"My message to you, and the purpose of this post, is that if you’re feeling bad about the snacks you’ve eaten, the workouts you haven’t done and the number on the scale... self loathing won’t fix s***, trust me!" she wrote alongside her post.
"I’m not looking for sympathy or reassurance in the comments (I hate those type of posts!). I want you to know that putting on weight is not the end of the world, and if you have ppl in your life or on social media that have something to say about your weight they best have a set of abs or they can f*** right off!"
