According to her MasterChef bio, the bubbly blonde is confident that her expert knowledge of kitchen appliances will give her an edge against the competition.
And that's not all - she's also a jewellery designer!
With her creative background, Abbey says she’s "very visual, capable of measuring half a cup by sight as opposed to using measuring devices."
Her bio also tells how she "loves to draw and plate intricate dishes, and often has an idea of how a completed dish will look before she begins to cook."
Once upon a time she also worked at a seafood shop and deli!
She hopes "working with seafood will also be her strength, but says complicated spice recipes may be challenging, along with monitoring her timing."
Post-MasterChef, Abbey has dreams of opening her own seasonal boutique cafe in the Hunter Valley - after she marries her fiance Josh, of course!
