According to onlookers, a number of cars were seen rushing through the streets of London, not too far from Frogmore Cottage, on Monday, April 29.
"This morning we saw a load of cars being given a police escort through Chiswick," one witness told a UK publication.
"It could have been a politician or something else but that's the route Meghan would take if she had to go to hospital from her home, so naturally we thought it was here."
INSIDE THE ROYAL BABY NURSERY
The spotting comes just hours after it was revealed that Harry and Meghan's chosen medical facility, NHS Frimley Hospital, was officially on standby ahead of the birth of Baby Sussex.
Despite this, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex plan to keep the arrival of their first born private for at least a few days before announcing it to the world.
Their Royal Highnesses "look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family," read a statement issued by Kensington Palace earlier this month.
