Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have jetted off to Italy for a friend's wedding, just days before they head off on their first official royal tour to Africa.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's jaunt to Rome is to share in the nuptials of their friends, designer Misha Nonoo and oil tycoon Michael Hess, who will marry in the city on September 20.

According to Page Six, Misha and Michael's impressive wedding guest list is expected to include the likes of Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, Karlie Kloss, and her husband Joshua Kushner who is a close friend of Michael, as well as their royal chums.
Meghan and Misha have been friends for a number of years, with the pair snapped together at the CFDA awards in 2015, and Misha recently working with the Duchess on her capsule collection for the Smart Works charity.

As one of Meghan's best friends, the designer is reportedly the person who arranged that first meeting and blind date between Harry and Meghan in London back in 2016, so the Duchess has a lot to thank her BFF for.
When Meghan and Harry wed in May 2018, Misha and Michael were in attendance to support the couple on their big day.

Michael too has connections to the British royals, as he was photographed chatting to Princess Beatrice during one of the 2016 US Open matches.
It's thought both sisters will also attend the couple's wedding.
