A year has passed since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's royal wedding, and insiders say the royal couple are beginning to feel the struggles of married life.
Sources revealed that the euphoria of being a royal is starting to fade for the Duchess of Sussex, and feelings of isolation are starting to kick in.

“At first the sheer excitement and awe of being part of the most famous family in the world is amazing. Every time you turn a corner you see another amazing person or building that isn’t just famous but is also historic,” sources told Straight Shuter.
“It is like falling in love in the mansion of the Bachelor, far away from your daily worries of real life. But soon reality kicks in and it isn’t quite as exciting. That is where Meghan and Harry are now.”
In his podcast, Rob Shuter shared further details about the Duchess of Sussex's feelings of isolation after joining the royal family.
“After the initial excitement rubbed off Meghan has found herself mostly alone, stuck behind the Palace walls. It is incredibly isolating to be part of this family,” the sources said.
“They don’t leave the house very much and don’t allow many outsiders inside the family.”
Before their royal wedding, Prince Harry was so taken with Meghan that he put aside royal traditions to make her happy.
However, recent reports indicate that this aspect of their relationship might be over.
In June, the Duke was caught telling off his wife during the Trooping the Colour Parade in London - which the royal family attended as part of Queen Elizabeth's birthday celebrations.
Meghan was standing in front of Harry and the pair were towards the back of the balcony of Buckingham Palace, behind Queen Elizabeth.
Royal observers believe the 34-year-old looked irritated when Meghan turned around to talk to him during the event.
Lip-reading expert Jacqui Press told The Daily Mail that Harry appeared to say to Meghan: “Yes, that’s right,” the first time his wife turned to talk to him.
When Meghan turned to face him again, the Duke said “Turn around ... look.”
When the national anthem started playing, the British Royal Family all turned to face the crowd - and the Duchess of Sussex appeared to be holding back tears.

In addition, the former Suits actress has been branded a "diva" by Palace insiders and has been responsible for igniting several feuds, from her father (Thomas Markle) and her estranged siblings to Kate Middleton and Prince William.
While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their first child son Archie in May, sources say life is not perfect behind the palace walls.
“The honeymoon is 100% over,” added the insiders.
“It might look like a great life to all of us, but in reality, it’s like being in golden handcuffs.”
