Several of Engelson's followers took to the comments section to congratulate the father-to-be – including Australian comedian Celeste Barber who Engelson worked with on her memoir Challenge Accepted in 2018.

Kurland is Engelson’s second wife, after the producer and director split from the Duchess of Sussex in 2013 after just two years of marriage.
Engelson and Kurland – who is the daughter of a multi-millionaire banker – announced their engagement just two weeks after Meghan and Prince Harry’s royal wedding in May 2018.
At the time of Engelson and Markle’s split, sources close to the former couple stated that Meghan’s rise to fame – she had recently landed her role on TV drama Suits – had caused a rift between them.
'It put a strain on the relationship. Trevor was in LA making movies, Meghan was in another country [Canada, filming Suits] five hours' flight away and it simply took its toll,' the source said.
