At the time of writing, representatives for the ageing rocker have yet to comment.
On March 31 the band announced it was postponing all dates on its tour of the United States and Canada to give Jagger time to receive medical treatment. While they did not comment on what specific treatment the frontman needed, the statement said he is expected to make a full recovery.
The British star – who is a father of eight -also sent a tweet out to his fans to apologise for the cancellation.
Band member, Ronnie Wood also tweeted following the postponement.
“We’ll miss you over the next few weeks, but we’re looking forward to seeing you all again very soon. Here’s to Mick ~ thanks for your supportive messages it means so much to us.”
Keith Richards added, “A big disappointment for everyone but things need to be taken care of and we will see you soon. Mick, we are always there for you!”
The band's "No Filter" tour was expected to start later this month in Miami.
We're wishing Mick a speedy recovery.
