Miranda Kerr is opening up about how she achieves her enviable figure.
The 33-year-old supermodel revealed to Women's Health Australia which type of workout is a huge part of her workout routine.
The ex Victoria's Secret angel explained that she does yoga three to four times a week to help increase circulation and blood flow.
However, the the mum-of-one did admit that she's not super strict with the workout routine, saying "if I can’t it’s OK, no big deal."
She also revealed her favourite foods to boost energy. Kerr is a fan of oats, avocado, blueberries, papaya, salmon and steamed greens.
