Inside the box was Ash's pregnancy test, which he smelt while trying to work out what the item was.
'It smells like nothing. I can't smell anything on that,' Gawndy said, before amazingly guessing it was a pregnancy test.
'I'm pregnant!' Ash then screamed.
'What, are you serious?! Congratulations... That explains all the moods,' Gawndy replied.
In an Instagram post, Ash, who has been with boyfriend Pete since 2017, revealed she is due to give birth in September.
Last month, the radio star made the difficult decision to open up about being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome after she decided to check if her "reproductive system was A-OK".
After feeling like something wasn’t right, she went searching for answers form doctors who finally led her to the shock diagnosis.
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) affects 1 in 10 women, but is rarely spoke about, so it was refreshing for listeners to hear Ash open up about it on air - detailing about her struggles, especially the difficulties it may pose for having children.
"I have been on the pill my entire life ... I went off the the pill to get tests done and it turns out everything wasn't alright," the 34-year-old said.
She said she was getting adult acne, having mood swings and really bad cramps and said she felt "off".
"It's really painful," she said. "There are difficulties getting pregnant. My doctor advised me to go back on the pill."
She said she might have to do IVF but she also might fall pregnant naturally too.
"Being 34 I have been committed to my career but it does make me a bit sad as ... [pregnancy] has always been in the back of my mind," she said.
