In her caption, she revealed she is carrying their baby and intends to have even more children.
"I'm pregnant… we're pregnant🤰🏽🎊 2022 our little modern family will grow by one tiny human. Building our own little football team 🤣," she announced.
Moana also explained that they used the same donor as Svea, which means they will be full siblings.
Isabella, carried and gave birth to Svea in November 2020 after the couple conceived her through IVF.
"We are using the same donor as Svea, and we are all beyond excited. Not even the morning sickness can damper this mood. Thank you for making this possible @monashivf 🙏🏽❤️," she finished.
As expected, her comment section filled to the brim with congratulatory messages.
One friend wrote, "HUGEST congratulations gurlfriend! So happy for you all. This is amazing news xxx," and a fan commented, "What beautiful news!!! Congratulations- and may the morning sickness leave fast! It's the pits 😘😘."
In November, the former Survivor star spoke to Now To Love about her plans to fall pregnant and admitted she couldn't wait to experience all the ups and downs of carrying a child.
"From what I'm told, pregnancy is like a roller coaster of an experience," said Moana.
"I'm trying to carry the second one, which is going to be exciting! I know at the same time, watching Belle go through it was one experience, but doing it yourself is completely different."
