After more than 7.4 million Australians tuned into the popular U.S show last year, MTV announced a few months back that the Teen Mom would be coming Down Under. The network has since announced the cast. Meet Ammersen Chambers, Akosita Masima and Georgina Manios— the three teenage mums who have been chosen to star in the new, and highly controversial, reality series, Teen Mom Australia.

Handpicked from more than a thousand applicants, the ten-part series will expose the highs and lows of motherhood as the trio manage a life filled with nappies, tears and tantrums, combined with strained relationships, drama and the complexities of being a teenager.
A qualified beautician, the 20-year-old switches her time between working and changing nappies. The mum to Evie has an-on-and-off again relationship with her daughter's father, John.
The 19-year-old rugby player and mum to Andrew lives in a full house with her boyfriend Thomson, and her self-described ‘big fat Tongan Family’ of ten including four sisters and three brothers, her parents, her grandfather, and the children of her siblings.
The youngest of the three, Ammersen, 18, is described as "fiery and brutally honest". She had her boyfriend are parents to Jiyah and are expecting another baby very soon.
Teen Mom Australia will premiere this winter exclusively on MTV on Foxtel, Foxtel Now and Fetch.
