For Manu Feildel, being at the helm of MKR is nothing short of a delight. "It’s always a pleasure working on MKR, even better this year as I got to work with one of my best mates: Colin Fassnidge," he enthuses. "We had a lot of fun filming this season. I love travelling around this beautiful country and discovering home cooks every year."
"We are sort of a yin and yang," Colin Fassnidge admits. "We both play off each other, we know what the other likes and doesn’t like, and we don’t always agree with each other, which is a good thing. We hang out together on our days off. I’m working with one of my best mates."
Nigella Lawson
Joining the Australian culinary powerhouse duo this season is none other than the international food superstar, Nigella Lawson. Renowned for her effortless charm, exquisite palate, and inspiring approach to cooking, Nigella brings a global perspective and a wealth of culinary wisdom to the judging panel. Her return to MKR sets the stage for a remarkable blend of Australian and international culinary expertise.
Reflecting on her experience, Nigella Lawson shares, "I love the way MKR showcases home cooks in all their variety: there’s not one way to cook, one way of looking at food, and I really feel that this show allows cooks to be who they are while at the same time giving them opportunities to learn and broaden their scope."
