It may not seem it, but according to the mum of two, she hasn't always had the best relationship with her body.
"I didn't really ever have to worry too much about my body [before getting pregnant]. I was naturally quite thin," she says.
"I could eat anything I wanted, and when I got pregnant, I had preeclampsia with my daughter so it was just a really, really difficult pregnancy for me.
"I was monitored the entire time. And I gained a lot of water weight with her, which was really difficult. I make the joke that I'd look at a piece of lettuce and I'd gain five kilos."
Piper says that even though it was a trying time, going through her pregnancy weight battles gave her a greater appreciation for her body.
"I had to just come to terms with that and realize that I'm growing a baby in me and that her life is obviously the most important thing right now," she explains. "And that I had to learn to love my body again, especially after I had her. Your body changes and you're left with scars and loose skin and it's completely different. And I just had to realize that there's more important things in life than worrying so much about what I looked like."
