Sydney sisters Jess and Emma clashed with friends Roula and Rachael after an argument ended with Emma calling Rachael a 'little cow'.
On Monday night's episode of MKR it was clear that there was still tension when all the groups gathered for Matty and Ash's beach-themed restaurant.
Roula made the first move, suggesting that Emma may have owed her teammate an apology.
"I'm not sure if I called you a cow or if I said you were being a cow... anyway I'm sorry," Emma said to Rachael.
But Roula wasn't happy with it, telling the camera, "That wasn't a real apology," with Rachael calling it "pathetic".
But Emma is adamant that the apology was genuine.
“My apology is not based on her being a little cow, because I still think she was being a little cow, but my apology was I didn't want her to be hurt and upset," she told WHO.
Emma went on to explain, "I don't apologise for what I said because she was the antagoniser in the situation and I truly do feel like she's overstepped the mark. But I apologise for hurting her feelings".
Emma's younger sister Jess backed her up, telling WHO "she genuinely meant it."
The mum-of-one continued, "She was apologising because she upset Rachael. We're not nasty bullies, and we'd never want anybody to lose any sleep."
