Following the success of Mojo Nomad Central and Aberdeen in Hong Kong, the micro-living concept offers a design hotel experience with an eclectic mix of accommodation offerings from suites and spacious rooms for young professionals to shared rooms offering privacy screens, televisions, reading lights and Bluetooth headphone capabilities.
Designed by Woods Bagot Architects and interior designers Luchetti Krelle, Mojo Nomad South Yarra will boast innovative food and beverage options as well as lively communal spaces as a way of creating a sense of community and encouraging connecction amongst like-minded guests.
Boasting bespoke art works and inspired interiors, all communal spaces have been integrated into the design of the building, along with residential areas featuring a cinema room, library, gym and lounge for residents.
"In a day and age that doesn't allow us to live our own lives authentically and have a true sense of self, Mojo Nomad truly lets the future traveller and locals alike choose the way they want to travel and socialise without limitation," said Ovolo Group founder and CEO Girish Jhunjhnuwala. "With the 'ultimate future traveller' at the core of its foundations are flexibility and diversity."
Located in the heart of South Yarra and Toorak, Mojo Nomad is set to launch in mid-2020.
