A man has passed away after falling approximately 300 metres from Sydney’s most popular tourist locations, Centrepoint Town in the CBD.
According to reports by 7 News, Police confirmed: “they were called to the tower just after 7pm after reports the man had fallen.”
The body of a man was found away from public view shortly after the tragic event.
At this stage, a crime scene has been established and will be examined by forensic officers.
Authorities have stated that they are not treating the death as suspicious.
This is the second time in four months somebody has died after falling from the location.
In March a woman fell to her death from the Skywalk, an open-air, glass-floored platform within Sydney Tower.
This is a developing story.
