Adam Demos has gone from working in construction in Wollongong, NSW to starring as August in the latest season of UnREAL (which premieres on Stan Feb. 27). WHO caught up with UnREAL’s latest suitor to chat about filming the show, his love life and the possibility of dating newly-single Sophie Monk.
WHO: UnREAL is a take on the Bachelor. Do you watch The Bachelor Australia?
ADAM DEMOS: No I don’t, but now having done UnREAL, because it was created by a producer of a reality show and I’ve met people from the Bachelor in America and they say how UnREAL is so spot on, now I do have this fascination with it. If its on, I’ll watch it because it’s almost like I know how it’s made now.
WHO: Sophie Monk is our most recent Bachelorette, who is now single, are you interested?
ADAM DEMOS: Oh really? I didn’t know but I mean, never say never. I’ve never met her but who knows, who knows with anything these days [laughs].
WHO: Would you be the next Bachelor if you had the opportunity?
ADAM DEMOS: No, it’s not for me. I’m more doing my acting thing, but I’ll sit back and watch.
WHO: Are you single right now?
ADAM DEMOS: Im a single man… at the moment!
WHO: Are you open to a relationship?
ADAM DEMOS: I’m pretty good on my own and I don’t ever go out searching for it. But if I meet the right person, whether its today, a week, a year or whatever then I’m always open to it if it feels right.
UnREAL season 3 premieres on Stan. on February 27.
