She confirmed her split from husband of three years Simon Konecki back in April, and if rumours are to be believed, Adele has got a new man in her life…and he’s a rapper!
Several news outlets are reporting that the British singer is dating U.K. rapper Skepta.

According to a report from The Sun, the music dup have been in contact since her split from Konecki and have been on several low-key dates, with the singer even celebrating the grime star’s 37th birthday at the Crystal Maze experience in London a couple of weeks ago.
“Adele and Skepta have been there for each other a lot after both their relationships split up. They have a close bond and there’s definitely a special connection,” a source spilled to the tabloid.
“They’re spending more and more time together. Some of their friends are hoping and predicting they could end up being a great couple one day.”
The potential new couple actually have quite a lot in common. Not only do they share a love of music, but both the star’s hail from London’s Tottenham and both are parents. Adele has seven-year-old son, Angelo, whilst Skepta – real name Joseph Junior Adenuga Jr – became a dad last November.
“They are both private about their love lives and they are both committed to their children first and foremost as well,” continued The Sun’s source.
It appears the couple have known each other or some time, with Skepta telling ES Magazine in 2016: “Adele texts me all the time and keeps me in check. She speaks to me about how things are going.”
The same year Adele posted a picture of the rapper alongside the caption: “Tottenham Boy” alongside a heart emoji. Skepta retweeted it with the words “love you” and an emoji of a red rose.
“She gassed me up. One day I was just chilling and she [tweeted] a picture that said ‘Tottenham boy’ and she’s from Tottenham as well,” Skepta explained to the website IBTimes UK a few months later.
“I was actually going to quit music that day, that was one of the sickest things ever. She’s like the lady of Tottenham.”
Last month, Adele, 31 officially filed for divorce from Konecki, 45.
At the time of their split, a representative for the Skyfall singer said: “Adele and her partner have separated. They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.”
The couple married in a secret ceremony in 2016.
