Coca-Cola will break from their range of soft drinks and release its first ever alcohol beverage.

Coca-Cola will first launch the drink in Japan, making it’s own version of “Chu-Hi”, a sparkling drink that includes a local spirit called shochu.
“This is unique in our history. Coca-Cola has always focused entirely on nonalcoholic beverages, and this is a modest experiment for a specific slice of our market,” Coca-Cola’s Japan president Jorge Garduño said.
