Former Bachelor contestant Alex Nation has taken to social media to update fans on the details of her current pregnancy – including all the not-so-fun symptoms.
The blonde bombshell, who won Richie Strahan’s heart on season four of The Bachelor and later appeared on the second season of Bachelor in Paradise, took to Instagram to share a beautiful black and white image of her baby bump.
“This pregnancy started ENTIRELY different. Naive little me assumed that this journey would mirror my first. My entire pregnancy with Elijah was a breeze!” she updated followers in the caption.
“This little one has had me vomiting most days, extreme fatigue, serious food aversions, hectic hot flushes and some serious lack of bowel movement.
“I’ll be honest, I was finding it incredibly hard to enjoy the beginning of my pregnancy and at times it got me down.”
The 28-year-old then went on to explain that while it started out a little rough, she’s now feeling a lot better and is revelling in her pregnancy glow.
“As my body prepared to enter the second trimester, those yucky symptoms began to subside and I am now loving my pregnancy, my changing body and feel glowy and glorious (most days),” she shared.
“Having another baby 10 years on, I feel more in tune with my body. I feel truly lucky to be able to grow this little life inside of me.”
Alex also cheekily added in the caption: “Ps. Hair growth, no one told about hair growth! I am a literal Yeti!”
Fans were appreciative of her honesty, and made sure to send love and support her way.
“Congratulations and I’m looking forward to watching the rest of your pregnancy journey unfold,” one user wrote.

Alex is already a mum-of-one to her 10-year-old son Elijah, whom she shares with her former boss.
This is her first child with current partner, Carson Jory.
