WHO caught up with Canadian Thomas Perras, who admitted despite his short stay on Bachelor In Paradise that he had a connection with Megan Marx, has found some new mates and would love to come to Australia!
WHO: We know you were in Fiji but we heard you were in Australia recently, is there someone here that might want to make you wanna come back?
I’m open to things. My sister lives in Melbourne.
WHO: Did you know any of the contestants before you went in?
Not really I just rolled with it.
WHO: So there wasn’t anyone you were excited to meet?
No.
WHO: Pictures have surfaced of Megan kissing someone with long hair and it was thought she was locking lips with Elora, but rumour has it you were the one who hooked up with Megan. Can you confirm it was you?
I mean it was a good kiss… It sounds familiar.
WHO: You did kiss Megan at some stage though, right?
That’s correct.
WHO: Any other hookups?
There was one other girl but you may have to wait and see.
WHO: Will it surprise us?
I mean Paradise is all about surprises, yeah?
WHO: Are there any people you met in the paradise who you would love to continue to be friends with?
I really got along with Sam, Apollo, Australian Jarrod, Grant, even American Jarred – he’s a good guy.
WHO: How does your experience compare to the Canadian bachelorette?
It was good, it was more fun and laid back. Easier to get to know people, just an easier setting – we were travelling around quite a bit for the bachelorette, but this time we just stayed n paradise it good to be able to spend that time and get to know people without as much pressure.
WHO: Who was the Hottest girl in the house?
Megan.
WHO: What did you think of the Aussie girls?
Oh I like Aussie girls, they’re beautiful, I think they’re really independent, very direct, kind of know what they like and what they want. And they’ll tell you, which is what I like… I don’t like a lot go guessing games. Overall very kind, very sweet, very hospitable. Very genuine.
WHO: Did you fall in love on Bachelor In Paradise?
No. I was open to a possibility of falling in love or a long-term relationship.
WHO: What’s next for you?
I’m back home working, building a three story condo. I’ll start travelling again, maybe head to Athens, make my way to Istanbul then Mexico City and I’ll come back to Australia.
WHO: Do you regret anything?
No, I would say no. I wish I had more time, maybe.
