The entire nation has been feeling major Bachelor love after Sam Wood married his winner Snezana in a beautiful Byron Bay wedding ceremony.
But in a crashing halt back to reality, we’ve been swiftly reminded that the dating show franchise doesn’t always find love.
On Thursday, for the very first time since that mortifying Bachelor Australia finale – Nick Cummins reunited with his two exes Brittany Hockley and Cass Wood.
And no, we’re not making this up. Watch the footage below!
Cass and Britt decided to wear their prettiest white outfits to check out The Iconic Swim Show runway event, in Sydney.
Seeing the girls at the catwalk wasn’t a huge surprise, but when Britt decided to share footage to her fans…
We all quickly realised that this was going to be so much more than a casual fashion day out.
Tagging Cass AND Nick, “Beautiful day to catch up with some old friends,” Brittany said in an Instagram Story video.
Nick shaking his shakas, chimed in, “Yiew! Hope everyone is having a blast. Cheers!”
We see Cass copy Nick with the shakas, and then all three of them cheered.
In case you, or Brittany or even Cass has forgotten – Nick Cummins did the unthinkable – he decided to ditch both Brittany and Sophie at the end of the show.
Despite the happy appearance, less than a week ago, the brunette finalist slammed Nick in an epic Instagram post.
Guys I’m about to impart some knowledge and get really deep and stuff so listen up good and proper…
A question I‘d been asked quite a few times by women and young girls:
“At the end, Why didn’t you talk to him more about his decision and ask him why!? You just accepted it and walked away?”
To this question I say this…
“Listen my friend, if one person doesn’t want the relationship, then it’s simply not a fit. No sense trying to figure out why they don’t want it. No sense blaming it on their commitment issues. No sense waiting around for them to realize they wanted it after all. Because it doesn’t matter why they don’t want it. What matters is that you are met heart-on by a fully engaged partner. If they don’t want it, then you don’t want it, because you don’t want to be with someone who isn’t there for it fully.
That’s the thing about relationships — it’s an agreement that has to be signed by both souls. If one doesn’t sign, then nothing has been lost. If it’s not a fit for them, it’s not a fit for you either.”
So just hold your head high, walk away and order room service 🤷🏻♀️
But seriously, know that you are enough, on your own, just as you are. 💕💫
Deep for a Friday right!?
Hope this helps some of you! If you know someone that needs to hear this tell them 🙂
Now go get salty.
