They may not have remained close since their separation in 2013, but Caitlyn Jenner is letting the past be the past by sharing a gushing tribute to ex-wife, Kris Jenner on her 64th birthday.

“Happy birthday to this special woman! What an amazing mother and business woman you are. Love you! 🎈 🎂” Caitlyn, 70, wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of the former couple in recent times.
After 22-years of marriage, Caitlyn – formerly Bruce Jenner – and the Kardashian matriarch split six years ago. The following year Caitlyn came out to the world as transgender.
Caitlyn reunited with Kendall and Kylie, as well as Kim Kardashian West and Kourtney Kardashian, for her own birthday last week. In a video shared by Kim from dinner, Caitlyn revealed her birthday wish was for everyone to “get together more often.”
“Kim and Kourtney would not have been at Caitlyn’s dinner without their mom’s blessing. They’re in very good place with Caitlyn again — and that’s all because of Kris, she encouraged it. Kris knew it was hurting Kylie and Kendall to have this feud going on with Caitlyn and for that reason she really pushed for it to end,” a source told Hollywood Life.
Caitlyn and Kris weren’t always on such good terms. In the former Olympian’s 2017 memoir The Secrets of My Life, Caitlyn claimed that Kris made her feel “weak and inferior” during their 23 year marriage and that their final years together were “acrimonious misery.” Caitlyn also claimed Kris knew about her gender issues before they married – something Kris has denied.
